Summaries

Walnotes:   I write music reviews called Walnotes based on the music I find on other people's mySpace pages. The way it works is I start on one person's mySpace page and listen to the music on their page. Then I go to the artist's page and listen the other songs they have available. I write an unconventional review of each song. Basically, I answer the questions "What does it sound like?" and "Do I like it?".
The goal of these music reviews is two-fold. I want to help give artists exposure they may not get otherwise. And I want to hear new music.

bottledWalter:   I used to write a lot of "poetry". Poetry shmoetry, as I call it. Some of the writing was really good so I self-published two books. I always wanted feedback on the writing so now I'm using a WordPress blog to re-publish the work electronically, again.

Cabaret:   This is a blog for The House of Love Cabaret. The Cabaret is a monthly event showcasing local talent. It's held on the first Sunday of every month and has been going for 6 1/2 years straight.

Bay Area Ski Bus:   I lead ski trips with the Bay Area Ski Bus during the ski season. This blog is a big step toward marketing the Ski Bus to more people. If more San Franciscans knew they could take a bus to Tahoe for day trips I'm sure they'd love to exchange their snow chains for a luxury bus.
